Classes & Programs
We believe in the transformative power of strength training through consistent programming that focuses on improving technique and progressive overload (slowly increasing intensity week by week through higher weight, decreases rest between sets, etc). Our goal is to empower members with the knowledge, tools and support they need to push their limits and build confidence in and outside of the gym.
HIIT
A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout class is a dynamic and fast-paced fitness session designed to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health. This class alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. Participants engage in a variety of exercises, including cardio, strength training, and bodyweight movements, ensuring a full-body workout. LIFT
A Lift class is a focused strength training session designed to build muscle mass, enhance muscle definition, and improve overall strength without incorporating cardio elements. Participants engage in a variety of weightlifting exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and bicep curls, using free weights and other resistance equipment. Each class emphasizes proper form, controlled movements, and progressive overload to maximize muscle growth and minimize injury risk. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers modifications for beginners and advanced techniques for experienced lifters, providing a comprehensive and effective approach to weight training.
RAISE THE BAR
A Raise the Bar workout class is an intensive fitness session combining barbell exercises with specific skills and functional movements including pull-ups, handstands, and toes-to-bar. The class begins with a focused segment dedicated to honing a particular skill or strength area, such as barbell techniques or gymnastics drills, ensuring participants improve their form and proficiency. Following this, participants engage in a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), which integrates a variety of exercises performed in a circuit format to boost overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, this class offers scalable workouts and personalized coaching, providing a dynamic and comprehensive approach to achieving peak physical condition.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
A circuit class is a structured fitness session that involves rotating through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups and fitness components. Participants perform a set of exercises at each station for a specified time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next. The class typically includes a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, providing a comprehensive full-body workout. Circuit workouts are designed to improve overall fitness, build muscle, and increase endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes offer modifications and progressions to accommodate beginners and challenge more advanced participants.
STRETCH & MOBILITY
A Stretch and Mobility class is a gentle and focused fitness session aimed at enhancing flexibility, improving range of motion, and promoting overall joint health. Participants engage in a series of stretching exercises, dynamic movements, and mobility drills designed to lengthen muscles, release tension, and increase body awareness. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, providing a low-impact option that supports recovery, reduces the risk of injury, and complements more intense workouts. With an emphasis on proper form and mindful movement, Stretch and Mobility classes help participants achieve a balanced and flexible body, improving their overall physical well-being.
OPEN GYM
Open Gym time allows members to access the gym facilities and all available equipment for a designated period. During this time, participants can work out independently, focusing on their personal fitness goals at their own pace. The gym is equipped with a variety equipment including a large rig with squat racks, barbells and plates, dumbbells, functional training tools, and cardio equipment, providing a comprehensive environment for strength training, conditioning and skill practice. Open Gym is ideal for individuals who prefer a flexible workout schedule or want additional time to supplement their structured classes. Staff are present to ensure safety and provide assistance if needed, creating a supportive and versatile fitness experience for all members.
SENIORS PROGRAM
The Senior's Fitness Program offers a supportive environment where older adults can improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through tailored exercises and gentle movements. Led by experienced instructors, it's a welcoming space for all fitness levels to stay active and healthy while enjoying a sense of community and well-being.
Program runs 4 weeks, 2x per week and is $120
